Affordable yet comfortable – we have been proving for almost 20 years that these two do not have to be a contradiction in our guesthouse.

The price includes the statutory VAT of 7%, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi internet access throughout the house and cable TV in every room. Please note that the City of Leipzig charges an accommodation tax of 5% of the total price. This tax must be paid separately and is due upon arrival.

Rooms are cleaned weekly, and bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

We are happy to provide special offers for business customers, contractors and long-term stays.

Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee of EUR 10 per day.

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer in advance.
